History

CarePraxis, L.L.C. has come about as a gift of our recent personal experiences in developing specialized assessment and care management services. In addition to many years of nursing in various settings, including eldercare for patients and our own family members, our endeavors in managing businesses and volunteering as leaders in not-for-profit organizations have given us a broad background for pursuing the rewards of helping others through our own business venture. Our expertise in provision and coordination of patient care gives us a broader view of each individual’s healthcare situation. Our network of preferred providers represents a variety of care resources in communities across the nation. We have developed our services to utilize customer input to provide specific solutions. Our hands-on experience with marketing and overseeing every aspect of our services while striving for quality and customer satisfaction gives us a competitive edge for success in this business. Although CarePraxis’ history is brief, as companies go, we have the capacity to provide excellence to our customers and to build a proud history of helpful services.
